Returns & Cancellations


If a cancellation is required, please message us as soon as possible. Orders which are cancelled and need a refund back to the their payment source will be charged an administration fee between $3.50-$10.00. Orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If the order total is below $15.00, the cancellation fee will be $3.50, if the order total is between $15.01 to $50.00, the cancellation fee will be $5.00, if the order total is between $50.01 to $100.00 the cancellation fee is $7.50. For orders totaling $100.01 and up, the cancellation fee will be $10.00. To avoid having to pay a cancellation fee, ask us to place a credit onto your alexsparts.com account for future use instead of having the funds go back to the original payment source. There is no fee to have the funds credited to your alexsparts.com account.


Order amendments:

If you've placed an order and want to make a charge, we can do so but only under the following conditions. Providing the order has not been packaged, we can cancel the order and place a credit on your account so you can place a new order including any desired changes. Once placed, the credit is available immediately and will show up on the final page of "Check Out". (must be signed into your account) Any additional payment can be made at that time. Orders which have been packaged can not be changed. To request an order amendment, e-mail us asap. Do not call and leave a message, if you can not reach a live person by phone, please send an email or use the "contact us" option. We are easier to reach via email than by phone. Please realize if we are busy, the order might get processed before it can be changed.

Return Policy; Up to 60 days

Returns/Refunds: A 20% Fee will apply to all factory sealed returns received within 30 days of our shipment date except for items priced at $25.00 or less which will be charged a flat return fee of $5.00 instead of the 20% fee.

Some items cannot be returned; Items not allowed for return/refund are: Tools, pushrods, custom made valves, valve spring shims, valve seals, rear main seals, valve locks, water bypass tubes, engine bearings and electrical parts. Any item(s) which has been installed cannot be returned. We closely examine and inspect all returns and can easily identify any item(s) which have been installed. Special order or custom machined items may not be returned. Qualified buyers may return select new, uninstalled qualified items within 30 days of shipment for a refund (less any applicable fees) to the original payment source. (day shipped out to day received in) Sealed product packaging which has been opened, torn, written on of otherwise defaced is subject to additional re-packaging fees based on received condition. Spring kits received opened w/ missing parts are not refundable. Items received for return between 31-45 days after shipment will be subject to a 25% return / restocking fee plus any applicable repackaging fees. Items received between 46 to 60 days will be assessed a 50% return fee. After 60 days of shipment, no returns/refunds are allowed for any reason. Shipping costs are not refundable; it is the buyer's responsibility to pay all shipping related costs. To qualify for a return or exchange, you must be the original buyer and must supply the order number or a copy of the packing slip.

Buy & Try: We discourage buyers from engaging in ordering parts for test fitting with intent to return the items they didn't use. An example of this might be ordering several different lengths of pushrods for test fitting. Anyone suspected of buy & try will be denied the option of making a return. Please select only items you can use or want to keep in inventory. If we receive an item for return which is suspected as installed, the buyer will be responsible for the rejected items return to buyer shipping costs. Rejected items where the return to buyer shipping costs have not been funded by the buyer will be considered abandoned or forfeited then discarded 14 days after rejection notice. Due to the high cost of international shipping, purchases made from countries other than the USA, any item(s) which requires return for exchange or correction will be the buyer's responsibility to fund the costs of return shipping. All return or exchange postage or shipping costs will be funded by the buyer, even if product received was due to our or our supplier's error. Return postage and/or shipping insurance is the buyer's responsibility. Returns received; damaged or returns lost in transit will remain the buyer's or buyer's insurance carriers full responsibility.

Noxious Odor Fee: Returns must be received in odor free condition. Returns received with offensive odors (tobacco smoke, perfume, etc) will require deodorizing at the cost of the buyer. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the parts stink upon return.

Delivery: We do not offer any guarantee for delivery date, express or otherwise. Once orders are shipped, the parcel is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we do not have power over the final delivery date. We guarantee you will receive your merchandise but cannot specify the exact date.


Buyers interested in making a return; simply login onto your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll contact you via e-mail with further return processing details. This return policy is subject to change without notice and supersedes any and all payment provider's policy.
