• Phone in Credit Card. For this option, a $6.00 processing fee will be added to the total. Please note the order value must be $35.00 or more to use the "phone in" order option. Orders under $35.00 can only be made online.

Note1- When paying by credit card, the billing address, zip code and the last three numbers on the back of the card must all match or the transaction may be declined or manually cancelled. If the numbers on the back are not legible, contact your card company.

International customers using a freight forwarding company must enter their credit card billing address correctly. Orders received showing the freight company address in the billing address field will be cancelled and refunded. Be sure to include your direct phone number and email address under the "billing" field and the freight forwarding phone number and email address under the "shipping" field.
