All orders paid w/ paypal require the merchandise to ship to the address included in the paypal payment notice. In other words, the ship to address from your paypal account must match the one you enter into the "ship to" section of your Alexsparts order. If you want your parts sent to your work, before placing your order, go to your paypal account in advance and add the preferred address there so it can be selected when going through the paypal check out process. Orders placed w/ a non matching address will delay the processing of your order. We'll either have to ship to the address supplied from paypal, request another form of payment or cancel the order so please be sure to have your paypal account pre set up with your preferred shipping addresses in advance.

Paypal Refunds: An administration fee of $3.50 will be deducted from any refund processed through paypal.

Having a problem making a paypal payment for your order?

Due to limitations on paypals end, some paypal users may experience difficulty completing their order at check out. If you experience a problem where paypal is saying your account is not confirmed (when it already is) or is asking you to add another credit card, it is most likely something else causing the problem.

During check out, it's important to use the same name and address listed on your paypal account. If it belongs to your wife, girlfriend, mother or other family member, the account owners name must be used in both; billing and shipping. If not, paypal might ask for new credit card info as well as a new confirmed address.

Be sure the name and address used at check out matches the account owners name and address. In the event you can not complete your order then do this- email us stating you're having a problem paying with paypal. We will pull your order then forward an invoice directly from the paypal site which usually bypasses the problem.

With paypal, we only ship to the confirmed address listed in the paypal payment so be sure to include one with your payment.

Be aware you can also select the "phone in credit card" option for payment. If you select this option, the site will send an email to you with our contact info where the transaction can be completed by calling our office during normal bisiness hours.
