Water bypass tubes tend to rot out after a number of years.

Anyone going through a 351 Cleveland will need a new water bypass tube.

Don't take a chance using the old one as it will eventually rust out and leave you stranded.

Used in many FoMoCo applications in water pumps, block decks and intake manifolds, etc.

Don't expect you local parts house to have one, these are a dealer item and most dealers don't keep them in stock.

Every machine shop or engine builder should have a few on hand.

The most common deck application is: 351C where the heater hose connects to the block.

We do not have a specific application guide for these water bypass tubes. Be sure to measure the existing tube to verify it's size before ordering. There are a few possible options for various Ford engines from water pumps, intake manifolds and block decks.

Naturally, it's the buyer's responsibility to know which size tube their application requires.

Note: We cannot provide application data on this part. We know it fits 351 Cleveland on the deck but cannot specify which of the many engine models or years this tube is used for. Ford used this tube in various applications so please verify fitment on your end.
