This Pushrod Length Checker is custom made specificially for LS series engines.

These engines normally use a 7.400" length pushrod so this tool is designed to offer a range of +/- .200" which is more range than you'll ever need for these engines.

Pushrod length checkers are intended for use as a tool, for use mainly to determine the correct pushrod length for your application.

Testing for the correct pushrod length is done after the engines heads have been installed using the same rockers they plan on running.

Only then can an honest pushrod length be determined.

Every HP engine is unique, calling for its own “optimum” pushrod length.

Length checkers come in different length ranges, diameters and end types.
