Far Superior to typical welded ball pushrods, these are manufactured from a single piece of 4130 Chromoly Steel and finished machined to hold T.I.R. (total indicated run-out) to a tight tolerance.

Tech information about pushrod length:

Since the pushrod factory uses the "140 Gauge Diameter" length and etches it onto the pushrod, the various listed lengths can get confusing.

In our HPR pushrod listings, we provide all the important length specifications to reference. .140" gauge diameter, measured length and theoretical length. Starting in Oct 2025, our 6.00"-7.00" range pushrod length checker tool for SB Ford will be available in two versions; either with, or without oil holes and will include a conversion spec sheet to determine all of the three various lengths: .140" Gauge Diameter, Theoretical length and measured lengths, you'll be able to calculate them all. Each checker tool will come with the conversion sheet. The builder will only need to measure the checker tool end to end to calculate either .140" gauge diameter or theoretical lengths.
