These are used in Gen I SB Chevy engines. They have two grooves in the stem, the lower groove is for the o-ring seals.
Purchase quantity of one to get a set of eight valves.
These are authentic US made valves. They came from the Manley York Valve plant in York PA.
Stellite faced valves, also known as "Hard Faced" were used in heavy duty truck engines. Stellite valves are very expensive to make. If you want to see how much, have your local parts house look up the cost. We've seen them selling for as much as 40.00 each!
Now these have +.015" oversize stems so they need to be used in guides which have been machined +.015" over. If you have a .015" oversize reamer than you can get a smoking deal on these for sure. Buy multiple sets and save even more.
