Here's a good universal bronze guide for many 11/32" stem applications.

With its 2.625" overall length, they are normally trimmed to size after installation.

Fits countless 11/32" valve applications.

This type of guide is used in heads which have "integral" guides. This means the guides are part of the casting and are not removable.

Heads are set up in a "Seat and Guide Machine" and each guide is core drilled, then reamed to .500".

Guides are then pressed into place and any extra material is then spot faced off to match the casting.

After installation, your machinist will need to check fit the ID, if tight, it can be reamed or rigid honing for obtain proper stem to guide clearance.
