When it comes to stainless steel valves for Pontiac 389, there is little choice.

Our solution is to offer select custom made valves. No, these aren't cheap but they are superior quality compared to what's available elsewhere.

We start off with good quality valves from our vast inventory and machine them to size.

The true beauty of this is we can make them in different variations such as slightly bigger head diameters or longer lengths.

We offer these in std length as well as plus lengths. Some builders prefer to use +.100" longer valves for heads which they plan on installing more popular, taller installed height springs.

The specs below are for 1964-1966 389 engines in std length. If you want +.100", or something special, please write with your request, we will verify if your sizes can be produced.

Note- Pontiac engines have more valve sizes than any other GM line so it is important to either measure the factory valves or know your sizes. These are custom made valves which means they can not be returned so please verify your sizes before making a purchase.
